Small membership fee. Members--1 free listing plus unlimited housing requests. $55/year.

Visitor Membership (No housing listing, unlimited housing requests only.) $40/year.

PROCESS:

YOU: Fill out application. Submit application and annual fee.

WE: Check references. Notify you upon approval.

YOU: Submit housing info and pictures.

WE: Upload all info to website. Shoot an email to all members of the new info.

YOU: Take your own reservations and manage your own schedule. Collect $25 per night for all lodging use
